If you have contact with us regularly then you would already be aware of our recent restructure. In Quarter 4 of 2019 we sought to refine our business model and reduce our service offerings to align with our core client base and to pave the way for a more efficient business. This change in our structure has seen counselling, human resources and accounting oriented services fall away leaving our core business as one focused on Information Technology inclusive of software development, marketing and business mentoring. It is a sad reality that our world is undergoing a change this year with the outbreak of CONVID-19 which has seen business in general shift and change. We are proud to say that we are prepared to ride through these hard times.

Our new business model is nothing new, it is simply a reduction in services with a focus on services that suit our customers and business needs going forward and hasn't really been focused on cost as such. Our business is interesting as it seems to attract businesses and customers who find themselves needing goods, services or support that is high quality, not off the shelf, bridging the gap of off the shelf packages or who want a business focusing on their actual needs rather than just being sold the latest and greatest. Our business stands on integrity and we engineer our approach to demonstrate that our solutions and services meet the standard expected of us. Our focus is on ensuring that our customers get quality outcomes beyond good customer service to create long term customer relationships, something that is being lost with services which are fed from a web page rather than from people.

We are passionate about what we do, it brings a sparkle to our eyes when we get a chance to talk about it. Normally a restructure of a business can see a business lose its focus but this change has allowed us to become more focused and streamlined allowing us to give our customers our full attention. We are excited for this new year and while there are challenges posed by global economic concerns such as trade wars, coronavirus and stock market rises and falls we'll still be here to help when you need it. We are happy to stand tall, a lighthouse to help you find your way through the storm.

Rest assured that our restructure has not seen our services disappear from existence but rather find a new home in a separate entity we will support, ActsIntuitively Australia Limited which is an independent non for profit (NFP / NGO) charity which will focus on community needs, services and care. We will be providing marketing support for this NFP through our blog and social media channels to help spread them launch, grow and communicate with our existing audience. You can find them at:
